Position: MJD Tribunal Administrator/Notary (Based in MAJODI Centre)

Job description:

  1. Administrator of the Tribunal office;
  2. Administrative responsibilities include proper reception & follow through the tribunal cases till the conclusion (documentation, filing, archives & correspondences);
  3. Notary, clerical and secretarial responsibilities;
  4. Assist petitioners to prepare petitions and complete forms,
  5. Auditing cases (interviews) assigned by tribunal judge;
  6. Preparing monthly reports/updates on current cases

Requirements: Candidate must possess the following:

  1. Good oral and written communication skills;
  2. Must be a Catholic and knowledge of Canon law will be an advantage;
  3. Soft skill is a must;
  4. Min Qualification: Diploma;
  5. Willing to learn; training will be provided & ability to work independently
