Kindly be informed of the following appointments made by Right Reverend Bernard Paul D.D., Bishop of Malacca Johore Diocese:

1. Appointments:
   1. The following appointments takes effect from 5^th January 2018
      1. Rev. Fr. Jason Wong Kok Cheak as Assistant Parish Priest of the Church of St Phillip, Segamat; and also as Parish Administrator of the Church of St Simon, Labis.
      2. Rev. Fr. Joseph Lee, OFM resumes as Assistant Parish Priest of the Church of the Holy Family, Ulu Tiram.
      3. Rev. Fr. Cyril Mannayagam as Parish Administrator at Church of the Holy Spirit, Jasin.
      4. Rev. Deacon Claurence Motoyou, OFM: Diaconate-in-action at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Johor Bahru.
   2. The following appointments takes effect from 1^st February 2018
      1. Rev. Fr. Joseph Heng Chon Sin as Rector of the Cathedral of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Johar Bahru.
      2. Rev. Fr. Edward Rayappan as Parish Priest of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Johor Bahru.
      3. Rev. Fr. Benedict Yee Yat Chong as Assistant Parish Priest of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Johor Bahru.
2. On Sabbatical/Study Leave:
   1. Rev. Fr. Moses Lui Fook Soon would cease to be the Parish Priest of the Church of the Immaculate Conception with effect from 1^st February 2018 and would be on sabbatical leave.
   2. Rev. Fr. John Pereira would be on Study Leave from January to May 2018.
